Our next door neighbors from in-town came up for a visit! We miss them so much! They came and cooked us a fabulous dinner and we had such a great time. We played out in the backyard until dark. Michelle is getting so big and Cait really loved seeing her. Such wonderful friends. Thank you Leslie, Erlend, and Michelle!

School is Out!

We made it! Zach had a really nice promotion ceremony on Friday. We cannot believe he will be in 6th grade in the fall. He 'graduated' 5th grade with honors! We are so proud of him. Seems like yesterday we were walking a 5yr old down the street (crying) to kindergarten.

John and Owen also did very well! We are so proud of both of them for making such a great transition from home schooling back to public school. They had a lot of fun and did really well.

I have 1 full week of rads done! So far so good. I am tired but I have 4 kids and it was the last week of school....I'd be tired anyway! 5 down only 28 to go!!

Cait is now done with school! She had her picnic on Wed and her little program on Thursday. Both were very cute and lots of fun.
I had my simulation for rads this week and will begin on Monday. What a great way to start my summer (note, heavy sarcasm). I just want to go to the beach.....what if I promised to go top-less with no sunscreen? That would be the same right? I should finish mid July. This will be interesting. 4 kids, rads 5 times a week for 6 1/2 weeks and Bill needing to work. Ok, enough whining. All will be fine and the important thing is I will be reducing my risk of a recurrance greatly.

Yup, not only did he lose his 1st tooth last night...he also lost his 2nd tooth! He was so happy.

Today is Cait's last day of school! The boys have 6 more school days! Yea, summer here we come.

This silly girl was at a birthday party this afternoon. As she and I were indulging in some yummy chocolate cake she leaned over to me and whispered "Mommy, I think this cake has high fructose corn syrup in it".

My brother and his wife had their first baby yesterday! A boy and we don't know the name yet. We are so excited and wishing we could meet this baby.
