How we spent our last day of summer!

No pictures on the river as I was afraid I would get my camera wet.  They would have been great though!  We spent the day kayaking on a river. Perfect way to use up the energy of 4 excited/nervous kids before school starts.  Great day and need to remember this for next year!

Ice Cream Social!

To help end the summer we had an ice cream social!  Each kid invited 2 friends and their families and we few gliders and ate ice cream!  Auntie was here to help....I didn't get a single picture.  Boo.  Fun afternoon!

Summer tradition...panning for gold!

Zach has decided he's too old to pan but the rest of us had a fun day!  We went in a gold mine this time.
