We had fun last night! I never take enough pictures on Halloween. We had my parents, mark and tara, and my Aunt Ellen and Uncle Ed (from CT)! Much fun and candy. O did pretty well with not being able to eat most of his candy and the Great Pumpkin did come! Hope everyone is happy today.

We had so much fun at the Halloween parade yesterday. We then had a pot luck dinner with some friends. A really good time. owen and John spend the day with Grandm and Grandpa and met up with us for dinner. They had a great time (thank you G and G). Cait slept through most of the parade and a good bit of dinner. She still went to bed at 10 which isn't too bad considering how much she slept during the day/evening. I am hoping we have a new girl today. We have a 'family' picnic today. I am hoping to squeeze in my bike ride to the farmers mkt this morning!

Finally I have access to my pics. We had a good weekend. Our neighborhood had it's Fall Fest and that is always lots of fun. Next weekend is the LIttle5 Halloween Parade! I love fall.

Owen has strep. We've never had strep over here before. He spent the morning throwing up. Joy

We had the BEST time! The weather was perfect and there were bazillions of apple! The kids are exhausted but in a good way. Thanks Pucketts for such a great weekend! Many more pics to come.

She still wears her 'wedding dress' almost daily. Who knew it would get so much use.

As of now we are going to the mountains! Mom was over yesterday and saw that there was no way I was going to finish getting us ready and kindly offered to take 3 kids!!! Can't thank you enough mom. We got it all done! Funny thing....Owen didn't even really notice that everyone was gone. AT bedtime he asked where the boys were and cried when i told him Bill was picking them up from Grandma's. He thought they had been in bed all afternoon?! Who knows where he thought Cait was.

I will call the campground right before we leave....crossing all fingers and toes as this is one of our most favorite trips. We also get to see some friends from Charlotte. I'd post a pic or two from last year but Billy put my pics somewhere.....

We are supposed to go on our annual apple picking trip this Thursday. We just don't know yet if there will be gas to get home and the campground's reservable sites are all booked! We will call tomorrow am and again Thursday to see how many non-reservable sites are available. We've gone every fall since Zach was 3!

1st screen on the green

Last night we went to Candler Park for the 1st Screen on the Green. They showed Shrek. We brought blankets and a few snacks and had a great time. No pictures because it was.......dark! The kids had so much fun and many neighborhood/school friends were there. I love where we live. The kids were all running around before the movie and being silly and rolling down the hill and just having fun.
I will be riding my bike to the Market (with my new panniers) this am and we have recruited 2 new Moms! We may have to get shirts made up or something!
